As a Senior Specialist Customer Supply Chain on our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team, work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building long-lasting partnerships that thrive on success. Are you in? Your Role As a Senior Specialist in our Customer Supply Chain team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth collaboration with customers and optimizing supply chain operations. Working in an inclusive and dynamic environment, you will help drive Infineon’s reputation for excellence in customer service and supply chain management. Key responsibilities in your new role Serve as the primary contact for all customer demand fulfillment topics Facilitate relationship building with both internal and external stakeholders Organize and manage supply chain meetings including customer and cross-department sessions Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer collaboration Coordinate open order status, delivery plans and lead time communication with customers Drive reduction of demand-supply gaps and closely monitor on-time order fulfillment Support the implementation of supply chain concepts and participate in supply chain projects Your Profile Your collaborative approach and commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences will help drive continuous improvement within our team.
