Opening. This role exists to lead the development of Static Timing Analysis (STA) tools and technologies. The STA Lead will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development of STA tools and technologies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products.
What you'll do
- Software maintenance, adapting new hardware changes in tools and improving its performance
- System testing and adding regression tests
- Writing efficient and maintainable C/C++ code. Scripting languages in TCL
- Working with customers and other departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance.
- Consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements
- Preparing reports on programming project specifications, activities, or status.
- Conferring with project managers to obtain information on limitations or capabilities.
What you need
- BS/MS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of professional experience in a software development related role.
- Proficiency in C/C++ coding
- Knowledge of STL and Boost Libraries
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Familiarity with design patterns and Qt library.
- Knowledge of Linux.
