We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Cologne and trackside, at international race events. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated customer support engineer to take on this challenge.
What you'll do
As a Customer Support Engineer, you will provide on-site technical support at race events and test sessions, assisting our customer teams with race cars operation, including but not limited to: regulation compliance, maintenance procedures, car vitals monitoring, performance analysis and troubleshooting.

- Work alongside our support team to deliver prompt and effective solutions to customer requests
What you need
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently and knowledgeably engage as a customer-facing representative of the company
