What you'll do
In your role, you will be responsible for the complete commercial processing of customer orders and will serve as the central point of contact for internal and external partners. You will ensure a precise and timely processing of orders and will be responsible for the entire commercial processing of customer orders.
- You will review orders and contracts for their commercial plausibility and will be responsible for the complete commercial processing of customer orders.
- You will enter all relevant order data and trigger the corresponding processes in SAP.
- You will check and process accreditives and commission on-demand bank guarantees.
- You will advise the sales department on export financing and monitor and maintain order data and deadlines.
- You will also be responsible for order confirmations and invoicing in accordance with delivery documents and payment plans in SAP.
What you need
- You have a completed commercial education and at least three years of experience in order or export processing.
- You have sound knowledge of international order processing and ideally experience in the field of accreditives.
- You are familiar with MS Office products and ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
- You have a strong sense of communication and implementation.
- You work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented, and are a team player.
- You are engaged, resilient, and flexible.
