About the position:
We're looking for a Senior Integration Engineer to lead hardware–
software integration and validation activities!
The role focuses on integrating and validating camera- and display-related software components, ensuring high quality and robust performance in
GM’s viewing platform developed primarily in Israel.
What will YOU do?

Lead end-to-end integration of new and existing viewing features, from requirements review through system and lab validation, until the feature is ready for integration into GM vehicles and platforms.

Define, design, and execute integration, system, and regression tests for the viewing system, including camera pipelines, image/video processing, and in-vehicle display flows.

Perform deep analysis and reproduction of issues in the viewing and vehicle insight stack, including log and data analysis, to identify root causes and drive fixes with development teams.

Collaborate closely with viewing software, algorithms, HMI/infotainment, systems engineering, validation, and automation teams in Israel and globally to align interfaces and integration priorities.

Work with automation and regression teams to ensure that viewing integration tests are covered in automated suites and kept up to date with evolving features.

Use AI-based tools and data-driven methods to accelerate log analysis, failure classification, and continuous improvement of integration and validation processes in the viewing domain.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field.

Over 5 years of relevant experience in system or product integration, validation, or software/hardware integration for complex embedded or automotive systems.

Proven track record in planning, writing, and executing integration and system tests, including definition of coverage, acceptance criteria, and regression strategy.

Strong understanding of automotive or similar real-time systems, including interactions between ECUs, sensors, actuators, software, and in-vehicle networks.

Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end feature integration, including cross-functional coordination and ownership of deliverables and timelines.

Experience with test management and defect tracking tools, and familiarity with automation frameworks and regression environments.

Advantage: practical experience using AI-based tools for test optimization, log analysis, or anomaly detection.
