We are reinforcing our Product Data Governance & Excellence team at our location in Barcelona.
Our team ensures a unified and trusted product data foundation across ZF Aftermarket by establishing and steering a robust Data Governance framework. We define ownership, standards, and processes that safeguard data quality, compliance, and consistency across systems and regions, enabling reliable analytics, automation, and business decisions.
What you can look forward to as Head of Product Data Tools & Digital Enablement:
- Own and operationalize the product data tools strategy in alignment with the divisional product data vision, ensuring that ERP, PLM, and adjacent systems deliver integrated, high-quality, and accessible product information.
- Provide leadership for complex, cross-functional initiatives (agile, DevOps, classical) including digital tool enhancements, AI-enabled capabilities, Digital Twin solutions, and self-service analytics to strengthen transparency and operational efficiency.
- Shape and evolve the divisional information architecture, ensuring robust data flows, reduced system complexity, and improved user access to critical product information.
- Drive organizational and process transformation, enabling adoption of modern technologies, enhancing toolchains, and increasing digital maturity across global teams.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize tool performance using data-driven insights to improve automation, scalability, availability, and user enablement.
- Act as the key interface across regions and functions, ensuring product data tools align with business requirements, compliance needs, and long-term digital ambitions
Your profile as Head of Product Data Tools & Digital Enablement:

Extensive experience in automotive aftermarket with a strong background in data, tools, or digital transformation (8+ years), proven leadership of international cross-functional teams (6+ years), and a track record of delivering large-scale change initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Strategic & Systems Thinking – Connects product data tools and architecture with divisional strategy and digital transformation goals.
- Cross-Functional Influence – Aligns diverse stakeholders across IT, Engineering, Category Management, and Operations.
- Change Leadership – Builds understanding and buy-in for new technologies, ways of working, and process improvements.
