Opening. This role is responsible for ensuring the development, implementation, and compliance of quality, environment, health, and safety strategies and systems, ensuring sustainability and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
What you'll do
- Define and execute the QEHS and sustainability strategy: Develop policies, procedures, and management systems that ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
- Compliance with regulations and certifications: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF16949, NSF, and other applicable local and international requirements.
What you need
- Formación in Grado in Ingeniería, Química, or Ciencias Ambientales; Máster in sistemas integrados de gestión (valorable Máster in Sostenibilidad).
- Experience of more than 10 years in QEHS and sustainability; minimum 5 years in a director position in the chemical or similar sector.
- Advanced knowledge in Normas ISO, IATF 16949, legislación aplicable, SAP, MS Office 365, herramientas de gestión (ISO-Tools, Kanbanize).
- Idiomas: Inglés avanzado (oral and escrito).
- Competencias: Liderazgo, pensamiento estratégico, orientación a resultados, capacidad de influencia, trabajo en entornos matriciales.
