The Production Operator I is responsible for the day-to-day production. This Operator is responsible for ensuring that products are produced efficiently and that the right quantity of goods is produced in a timely manner, at the best price and at the appropriate level of quality.
What you'll do
Independently fulfill 3 different positions within the production team. Various forklift activities will be considered as a single position, meaning a level I operator should at least be able to effectively operate 2 filling lines. In each of these roles the operator's key objectives are:
- Meet the production demand without compromising the EHS and quality objectives.
- Minimize downtime by effectively performing housekeeping, first line maintenance and adequately escalate to production supervisor when required to reduce machine downtime.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide 1 on 1 training on the job for employees who are new in the role in a buddy system.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
