McLaren Automotive are looking for a talented Team Leader at their Woking office. This role sits at the heart of production, controlling the activities of a group of Production Team Members. You'll work directly with leadership to shape the company's direction in the manufacturing sector.
About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for achieving the daily/annual volume throughput, contributing to achieving quality standards required, and controlling all Health & Safety requirements for persons and equipment within your work stations. You will also contribute to the maintenance, upkeep, and reporting of the Business Development Plans (BDP's) in your area, and execute methodologies for Lean Manufacturing, such as 5S, 7 wastes, and continuous improvement.

- Contributing to the maintenance, upkeep, and reporting of the Business Development Plans (BDP's) in your area

The Candidate we're looking for
Experience:
- No formal qualifications are necessary, however a foundation degree in engineering would be preferred.
Technical skills:
- Understanding and experience in a manufacturing/process driven environment is essential.
