We are seeking a Head of Manufacturing to lead our manufacturing operations, including roll cage production, paintshop and assembly. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of motorsport technologies and vehicle manufacturing processes, and will be able to develop and execute production strategies aligned with business goals.
What you'll do
- Lead manufacturing operations, including roll cage production, paintshop and assembly.
- Develop and execute production strategies aligned with business goals.
- Own and manage manufacturing budgets and full P&L responsibility.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles.
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and operations to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
What you need
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing and operations leadership, within motorsport or automotive sectors.
- Experience in business development and client management.
- Proven track record in managing complex production environments and budgets.
- Strong understanding of motorsport technologies and vehicle manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Fluent in English and French, additional languages are a plus.
- Customer orientated.
