What you'll do
The Delivery Engineering Group conducts Discrete-Event Simulation studies for Delivery impact analysis of mass-pro Run-Rate and/or E-flow Investment change-points for NM, Layout Inno/Renovation, and Capacity changes for manufacturing regionally across North America.
- Conduct mass production run-rate analysis studies utilizing Discrete Event Simulation and Data Analytics & Statistical tools to support Delivery run-rate target achievement in North America Weld and Assembly depts as part of BP theme activity.
- Fulfill manufacturing dept requests to study delivery impact due to NM/NM-Tech/Innovation E- Flow investment studies to determine feasibility and ROI by completing simulation model development, validation, scenario testing, sensitivity analysis and optimization.
What you need
- Minimum Educational Qualifications - Bachelor’s of Science in Industrial (and Systems) Engineering
- Minimum Experience 0-3 Years
- Simulation Software Experience Not Required, but Ideal.
- Knowledge of Basic Statistics and Basic Excel Functions.
- Strong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively both with customers and internal project team
