As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will take ownership and more of a sub-leadership role when it comes to developing a department function set or feature on the vehicle.

What you'll do

Group Leadership - Lead a small project team of contractors and/or associates as PIC / Project Leader.
Engineering Solution Design- Conduct or be the sub-lead in the design of engineering solutions for assigned Powertrain component / department function set and the associated drawings and validation processes, to gather data and provide feedback on their feasibility, costs, and performance.
Engineering Specifications - Conduct or be the sub-lead analysis of information and the drafting of engineering specifications for an assigned Powertrain component / department function set, to inform engineering work in the organization and / or of its suppliers.

What you need

Minimum Educational Qualifications: Bachelor s of Science in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent combination of education & experience required.
Minimum Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience
