What you'll do
Ensure everyone on the floor is following safety guidelines, quality guidelines so we have quality work leave the DS shop, supporting DS techs to hone their skill levels, supporting production needs, following up on PM activities & everything is completed at the end, following up with weekly shot counts on dies and injection components DS is responsible for
What you need
- Ensure required drawings are up to date, perform drawing reviews for compatibility, ensure 2D/3D models for die and Faro scanning are up to date from PEBU, perform drawing changes, ensure spare parts are updated and stocked in MRO, assist with design changes for current and new model products/dies.
