What you'll do
Inventory Control Analyst responsibilities are those activities necessary to implement and follow inventory control practices and procedures. The analyst will produce reports on the current inventory status, investigate and resolve inventory control issues, and work with all users of the inventory to promote inventory integrity, high levels of accuracy, and maintain compliance.
- Maintain inventory integrity by timely resolution of cycle counts and necessary adjustments. Resolution must be completed within the established targets
- TOS (Temporarily Out of Stock): Research TOS occurrences, determine root cause, maintain and adjust TOS avoidance strategy based on trend analysis to ensure TOS KPI meets or exceeds
- OAR (Order Adjustment Request): Create and resolve necessary cycle counts related to dealer and vendor OAR claims. Provide results in a timely manner using established reporting so claims can be approved or denied. Ensure all OAR feedback reports are completed and archived
What you need
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
- 1-2 Years of college or equivalent job-related experience preferred
- Minimum job experience of 1+ year in a distribution environment with increasing responsibilities to include specialized areas
