The Administrative Services Assistant position is a primary liaison with parts supplier network to ensure availability of service parts to American Honda dealers. The Specialist's primary responsibilities are to manage, maximize on-time delivery, ensure overall supplier performance in accordance with department goals, maximize service level to customers, and perform root cause and countermeasure activities.
What you'll do
The Administrative Services Assistant will be responsible for the following tasks:
- On Time Delivery targets met for all suppliers
- Achieve service level targets per department requirements
- Coordinate on-time delivery of new model parts
- Quickly resolve Delivery Trouble Reports
- Quick resolution of Critical Backorder per department requirements
What you need
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Be available to work an average of 20-25 hours per week
- Previous office experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exhibited leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
