We are seeking a Sr. Business Project Analyst to join our Business Operations Solutions department. This role will develop, lead, maintain and deliver medium to large business initiatives and projects benefiting internal and external customers, dealers, and associates.
What you'll do
As a Sr. Business Project Analyst, you will be responsible for leading medium to large initiatives, documenting business requirements for projects, and overseeing testing to advance strategic objectives. You will also identify and develop processes to assist the achievement of targets, monitor vendor performance and SLA's, and foster leadership development and enhance the impact and effectiveness of team members.
What you need
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with leadership roles, a Bachelor's Degree, and a strong understanding of business analysis, process mapping, and business communications.
