What you'll do
The Driver/Material Handler is a key operational role within the NA Operations Direct Market team, responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of Valvoline products and the internal movement of materials between facilities. This role ensures timely, high-quality service to Direct Market customers, supporting operational continuity and customer satisfaction.
- Operate Valvoline vehicles, including bulk/package trucks and trailers, to deliver products to customer sites with a focus on safety, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Provide excellent on-site service during deliveries, representing Valvoline's brand and commitment to customer satisfaction.
What you need
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must hold a valid CDL B with hazardous materials and tanker endorsements.
- 2 Years of Driving Experience with a CDL Vehicles.
- Safe commercial driving record.
- Handling of product hoses of up to 50-75 lbs for customer deliveries, ability to move up and down stairs multiple times at customer delivery sites.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
