The Regional-Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager will provide strategic leadership and technical expertise to ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance across 2-5 supply chain facilities.
What you'll do
Implement, coach, and provide support to covered facilities (2-5) in management system execution, auditing, local process development/updates, written programs, and training topics. Conduct RCAs for management system findings. Educate and guide covered facilities (2-5) regarding safety culture Initiatives and gain their buy-in as it relates to the promotion of positive reinforcement of safe behaviors, shared ownership of safety process, and active employee involvement in region.
What you need
4-year degree in safety, science or engineering or equivalent (i.e. business management, criminology, etc.) 5+ years in EHS In-depth experience of OSHA regulations and requirements
