What you'll do
You'll support the day-to-day blending operation by maintaining the schedule, having direct supervision of the blending team, performing quality tests and managing the ISO 9001 program.
- Perform quality testing on inbound and outbound products and blends.
- Supervise blending personnel.
- Lead project management for blending/bulk distribution.
- Quality Management Systems coordinator including ISO 9001 program.
- Maintain production schedule and purchase raw materials (bulk production and lab).
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as well as maintain equipment maintenance intervals.
- Act as bulk inventory control coordinator.
What you need
Minimum B.S. in Chemistry, Biology or Engineering but will consider Business.
- 2 years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Previous experience production scheduling and lean six sigma, a plus.
- Strong communication/presentation skills.
- Computer Skills - specifically Excel, Power Point, SAP and quality management software.
