You will be attached to the Mechanical Department Manager and will be responsible for:
What you'll do
- Managing the vehicle rental file: collecting all rental requests for the 2026 season,
- Setting up tables and boards,
- Monitoring rentals and reporting to services, notebooks and accreditations on vehicles (approximately 170 vehicles on the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit),
- Setting up and monitoring rental procedures,
- Collecting vehicles, pre- and post-use checks,
- Monitoring order forms and invoices.
