We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Manager to provide strategic legal guidance and support to our operations.
What you'll do
Develop and implement legal strategies to support the company's regional business objectives, providing expert advice to senior management and other stakeholders on legal matters.
Draft, negotiate, and review complex contracts, including commercial agreements, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions, to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks across the region, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
