Position Objective:
Support the organization in analyzing equipment hazards by providing advice and solutions. Take a comprehensive approach to human-machine interaction, analyze aspects of ergonomics and workplace risks, and define improvement measures and actions.
Conduct incident investigations with technical functions from an ergonomic perspective.
Experience:
- Technical knowledge of reading diagrams and technical drawings
- Basic knowledge of automation (sensors, actuators, relays, PLCs)
- Time and motion analysis
- Knowledge of ergonomics
- Problem Solving
Responsibilities:
- Ensure and coordinate the periodic risk assessment of new and installed machinery and equipment in the plant.
- Compliance with technical procedures and requirements of the Pirelli group.
- Ergonomic risk analysis of plant operations in accordance with Pirelli group procedures.
- Complying with legal requirements regarding ergonomics.
- Ensuring and coordinating compliance with legal requirements regarding machinery and equipment risks and ergonomics among the responsible areas.
