What you'll do
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you’ll lead critical fault investigations, host triage meetings, and champion continuous improvement across Operations. Your expertise will help us reduce non-conforming parts, enhance component quality, and develop cutting-edge quality assurance systems.
- Lead fault investigations to identify root causes and implement robust solutions.
- Host fault triage and containment escalation meetings.
- Reduce the number of non-conforming parts and assemblies released from the production and assembly departments measured by the NCR database and production related reported faults.
- Collaborate with Production and Procurement Managers to improve component quality for race cars and external customers.
- Drive projects to enhance quality assurance capability, including new equipment, IT systems, and processes.
What you need
- Understanding of quality, inspection, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with problem-solving techniques (root cause analysis, failure mode analysis).
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (BEng).
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, structured, and able to work under pressure.
