Develop and implement the strategic vision for application security within the platform engineering team. Manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of AppSecOps applications across the organization with a large developer user base. Ensure that security tools and processes are scalable and meet the needs of the entire organization. Work closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of security applications. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field. 7+ years of experience in application security, DevSecOps, or related roles, with substantial experience in managing AppSecOps applications across a large enterprise environment. Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Java, or similar. Strong understanding of application security principles, threat modeling, and risk management. Experience with advanced security tools and technologies (e.g., SAST,DAST, RASP, SIEM). Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
