What you'll do
You'll make an impact by processing customer orders, coordinating outbound shipments, and ensuring delivery accuracy. Serves as the key contact for Customer Service on delivery issues and works closely with logistics and plant teams to support on-time fulfillment.
- Process transactions and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries
- Point of contact for customer service reps on any issues/concerns with customer deliveries, changes, requests, or customer/sales pickups
- Provide as a backup for other functions as required by facility manager/supervisor
- Process all customers orders to meet customer requested shipping dates
- Working in TMS to schedule pick-ups
- Signing in outbound trucks and billing them out
What you need
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Teams. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is highly preferred.
