What you'll do
You'll ensure quality and documentation of “Lead to Order” processes, including test planning and traceability of technical settings. Integrate, administer, and further develop the SAP Sales and Service Cloud (C4C) within the S/4 HANA environment. Maintain reporting, KPIs, and interfaces, and evaluate new technologies (e.g., AI). Provide technical support, handle tickets, and assist with rollouts and system maintenance. Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize and integrate C4C solutions.
What you need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Successfully completed training or studies in business informatics, business administration, computer science, or a similar field of study.
- Professional experience in IT or a related field and experience in supporting CX systems in a comparable or similar role.
- Well-versed in processing tickets and familiar with correlating processes as well as technically savvy and have work experience with the SAP Sales Cloud and integration functions such as the SAP Cloud Platform, web services, or IDOCs.
