What this role is and why it existsThis role exists to support the Working Families Business Resource Group (BRG) at bp. The BRG is a network that aims to create an environment where working families can thrive.## What you'll doAs a committee member, you'll be responsible for supporting the BRG's activities and events. This will include:- Developing alternative skill sets from leading or supporting one of our six key workstreams- Facilitating panel discussions with senior leaders- Providing feedback on the impact of our contributions and playing into our end of year performance appraisals- Earning Energize recognition points available for great work which can be spent on virtually anything- Receiving spot bonuses for outstanding contributions## What you needTo succeed in this role, you'll need to be passionate about the network and have a collaborative and creative spirit.
