What you'll do
You will be entrusted with planning and executing clear and effective regional expansion strategies in the Asian market, ensuring full alignment with Alpinestars’ strategic plan. You will identify and assess new business opportunities, building strong working relationships with your clients and really driving revenue growth across our field.
- Strategy Development – You will be in charge of formulating and implementing solid market strategies, gaining an in-depth understanding of the regional market potential and how to achieve the best distribution according to the different product categories on offer – Motorcycling Sport, Touring, Urban and Motocross.
- Business & Market Development – In this role, you will take on a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the Asian markets, scouting as well as onboarding new and existing distribution channels, markets, building and nurturing strong working relationships with your business partners.
- Market Development – Moreover, you will also support in building the brand’s image in the assigned area, carefully assessing market opportunities across the continent as well as carrying out in-depth market analysis so to best identify and understand customers’ needs and related targeted strategic plans.
What you need
At least 8 years’ experience in high level business management positions, with a proven track record of successfully scouting new business opportunities and supporting business growth across the Asian markets.
- Solid expertise and knowledge of the motorcycle and / or technical sporting sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the Asian markets and related regional business dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, as well as a self-motivated, target-driven approach will be a must have in this role.
