In your new role you will: Define scope and supplier base for RFI and RFQ Drive RFI and RFQ to match our business needs, targets and strategy Categorize supplier base according to sourcing model and strategic guidelines Drive foundry assessment and selection process within RFQ (incl. Risk assessment) Drive negotiation aspects for business award in line with business needs Interface to Contract Management to guide them with business needs Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A degree in Electronics or Mechanics in combination with Business Administration At least 5 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry or comparable experience in negotiations Knowledge on semiconductor technologies and manufacturing processes Experience with negotiations methods and tactics Understanding of business processes and decision criteria within the sourcing process Fluent English skills, while German is a big plus Contact: Felix Krackau #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
