Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Define and develop power semiconductors for automotive applications in the field of MOSFETs using simulation tools
- Define, initiate and evaluate analysis in case of qualification failures or deviating product performance within development projects
- Participate in and lead risk assessments and FMEAs
- Lead innovation and pre-development projects
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A degree in physics, ideally with a focus on semiconductor physics, or electrical engineering or a comparable course of study
- At least 3-5 years of relevant technologically oriented professional experience
- A profound technical understanding of power semiconductors
- Sound knowledge in the development and manufacture of semiconductor products
- An innovative and open mindset
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
