What you'll do
The role is a mix between technical responsible and project management for a hybrid vehicle calibration team.
- Pilot the calibration development towards the industrialization or serial-life phases
- Summarize the status from Software Development, Calibration team and Validation HEVC (Hybrid and Electrical Vehicle Controller), HECM (Engine Main Control Unit) or High Voltage components (BMS + Inverter) calibration
- Management of calibration documentation and macro-planning of the activities
- Timing assurance, quality gates preparation, reporting to project management and quality, support production plants
- Construction and achievement of the business Quality Cost Delay Performance commitment, according to regulations and business rules
What you need
- Good level of English. French is a plus
- Engineering degree or similar. Master degree is a plus
- More than 5 years of automotive industry related topics (calibration, validation, software development) experience desirable
- Knowledge in powertrain and engine development - hybrid preferred
- Knowledge of high voltage parts such as: BMS (Battery) , Inverter (Electric Motor) is a plus
- Project Management experience (Timing, quality, deliverables, reporting) preferred
- Team management experience
- High sense of responsibility, goal-oriented and social skills
