What you'll do
The Drivability Specialist is responsible for:
- Monitor, evaluate and provide final opinion in Driveability and Performance
- Lead the convergence of the development of gasoline and hybrid in Drivability & Performance specialties
- In serial-life, make sure that cost reduction initiatives do not risk the powertrain performance level (Drivability & Performance related)
What you need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3-5 years of experience in PWT calibration (or related topics)
- Knowledge of powertrain performances (Fuel efficiency/Pollutant emissions | Drivability | NVH)
- Experienced in drivability in automotive.
- Hands on hybrid powertrains ideally
