What you'll do
You'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand and optimize the physical retail network for the Mercedes-AMG, Mercedes-Maybach, and Mercedes-Benz G-Class brands. You'll identify new dealer opportunities and support market entry planning. You'll conduct market analyses to identify trends and opportunities to improve the TOP-END dealer network. You'll collect and analyze data and create management reports. You'll create and implement dealer standards and ensure physical brand identity within the dealer network. You'll support the conception and activation of retail marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and aftersales, to support dealer development initiatives.
What you need
You'll need a first completed Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field. You'll need to be self-motivated and independent in operational and strategic matters. You'll need a high level of goal-oriented behavior, team skills, and flexibility. You'll need very good English skills in writing and speaking, and additional foreign languages are an asset. You'll need a secure working knowledge of MS Office and experience with data analysis and reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau) and design software like AutoCAD.
