What you'll do
You'll support and take over independent work packages in the organization and preparation of meetings and appointments. You'll provide significant support in the further development of tracking processes and methods. You'll actively participate in and implement the optimization of vehicle demand management for all derivatives using the company's internal software FAST. You'll support the timely creation of documents and presentations in collaboration with the relevant departments. You'll independently handle and coordinate project- and department-crossing topics. You'll support the staff in the operational daily business.
What you need
You'll need an abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Fahrzeugtechnik or a comparable study program. You'll need a structured and solution-oriented way of working, as well as high motivation, flexibility, reliability, and enjoyment of independence. You'll need high social competence, communication skills, organizational skills, and a strong team spirit. You'll need a good understanding of processes and a quick grasp of things. You'll need very good German and English skills in writing and speaking, as well as a secure handling of the common MS-Office applications (OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, ...). Knowledge of BI-software and Business Application Platform is an advantage.
