What you'll do
You'll be responsible for preparing, conducting, and following up on the tender committee as well as the pre-audit meetings. You'll be an active member of the team, participating in workshops, team meetings, and special projects, and serving as a liaison to the purchasing teams. You'll also be responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and preparing purchasing-related data to achieve team and department goals. Additionally, you'll support the purchasing team in creating management documents and participate in current projects, particularly in coordinating with affected areas in development, quality, and logistics as well as external cooperation partners.
- Preparation, conduct, and follow-up of the tender committee and pre-audit meetings

What you need
You should be enrolled in a degree program in economics, engineering, or a related field with a completed first degree. You should have a solid understanding of business administration, economics, and cost accounting. You should also have extensive experience in working with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. You should be highly motivated, have excellent team, communication, and integration skills, as well as be independent in thinking and acting. Additionally, you should have very good English skills.
