What you'll do
You'll ensure the conformity of events organized by the Automobile Club de l'Ouest (24h Motos, GP de France motos, 24H du Mans Autos, Le Mans Classic, ...) and the vigilance of regulatory compliance on all buildings throughout the year. You will ensure the quality of services, the safety of people, and the reduction of environmental impact.
- Elaborate quality procedures for each type of event (specification sheet, supplier follow-up, control plan)
- Ensure compliance with technical services (infrastructure, signage, technical zones)
- Pilot internal and external audits (places, service providers, equipment)
- Accompany the various control offices in their missions
- Ensure compliance with installations in accordance with current regulations (Labor Code, ERP, ICPE)
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, in terms of the environment
- Analyze risks, accidents, incidents, and dangerous situations, and implement corrective actions
- Sensitize and ensure the follow-up of employee training in accident prevention and procedures to be implemented
- Coordinate the writing of regulatory documents (DUERP, prevention plan, fire permit, safety protocol)
- Supervise the safety of installations (temporary structures, stands, electrical supply, demonstration zones)
- Interact with emergency services and all local authorities
- Organize and participate in safety commissions before events
- Update the homologation file for sports stadiums (departmental and national commission)
- Propose and implement eco-responsible approaches adapted to different events: fuels, noise, emissions
- Ensure proper waste management on site (liquids, tires, oils, batteries)
- Follow environmental indicators (emissions, carbon footprint, resource consumption)
What you need
- Issued from a Bac +3 to Bac +5 training in QSE, HSE, environmental management, or engineering with a specialization in automobile / event
- You justify an experience in a similar position, with a strong field exposure, ideally in the automotive or sports event
- You master the issues related to event safety (adaptability, temporary structures, stands, public) and QSE tools (DUERP, checklists, action plans, audits)
- You have knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 20121, 45001) and regulatory ERP, ICPE, and organization of public events
- You are organized, rigorous, and have a sense of detail
- You are reactive and able to react quickly to complex / emergency situations
- You have good interpersonal skills
- The mastery of professional English would be a plus
- The possession of a B driving license is essential
