What you'll do
You'll participate actively in HR development projects, notably:
- Mise en place d'un SIRH: Participation au choix et au déploiement d'un nouveau SIRH,
- Aide à la formalisation des besoins utilisateurs et à la rédaction des procédures,
- Accompagnement au paramétrage et à la formation des utilisateurs.
What you need
You are an HR student in higher education, with an interest in HR development, digitalization, and SIRH tools. You are rigorous, have a sense of organization, and an analytical spirit. You have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team. The mastery of the Office pack and knowledge of an SIRH or LMS tool are a plus.
