What you'll do
You'll develop and implement PPC strategies aligned with business objectives, build, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms, apply advanced targeting techniques, including audience segmentation and remarketing, monitor budgets, adjust bids, and maximise ROI, analyse performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting, stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, collaborate with SEO, content, and creative teams for channel synergy, support marketing teams with PPC best practice and training, and assist with campaign delivery during major Goodwood events.
What you need
You'll need proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, a strong understanding of paid media strategy, audience targeting, and bid optimisation, proficiency in Google Analytics and campaign reporting tools, excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities, strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration, Google Ads certification or equivalent, experience with paid social advertising and remarketing strategies, familiarity with attribution models and conversion tracking, and knowledge of SEO principles and how they complement PPC activity.
