What you'll do
You'll be part of the Juncos Hollinger Racing team, working closely with the drivers, engineers, and other team members to achieve success in the NTT INDYCAR SERIES.
- Assist the team in preparing for races, including setting up the cars, testing, and making adjustments as needed
- Work with the engineers to develop and implement strategies for improving the team's performance
- Collaborate with the drivers to understand their needs and preferences, and to provide them with the best possible support
- Participate in testing and development activities to help improve the team's performance
What you need
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong passion for motorsports, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- 3+ years of experience in a motorsport-related role
- Strong knowledge of racing techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
