Explore your interests, share your ideas, and bring them to life while shaping your career path within our inclusive culture that fosters innovation and collaboration.## What you'll be doing:Get acquainted with isogeometric analysis (IGA) in LS-DYNA by creating new models and running/troubleshooting simulations.Conduct literature surveys and study relevant publications on advanced topics such as locking in non-linear isogeometric shells/solids and local refinement schemes like THB-Splines.Implement, test, and evaluate selected concepts within a user-defined interface developed by our expert team; analyze results, refine existing concepts, and develop best-practice guidelines.Collaborate regularly with developers, write detailed technical reports, and present findings to Ansys teams.## What you'll need:Currently studying towards a Master’s degree in Engineering or a related STEM subject with a minimum grade of 1.0–2.0/5.0 (German grading scale).Motivated to learn, with strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.Demonstrated ability to write, understand, and present in fluent English.Knowledge of Continuum Mechanics and Computational Solid Mechanics is preferred.Authorized to work in Germany and able to work at the advertised location without relocation assistance.## Why this matters:This role is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in isogeometric analysis and contribute to the development of new concepts and best practices.
