Description:
- Support daily activities for BMW real estate development and construction building project planning and execution
- Assist with large, medium, and small construction projects
- Support transformations with current systems (development and maintenance), process improvement initiatives, ongoing processes, systems, and workflows
- Learn BMW building and construction project management
- Support the BMW Project Manager in executing project objectives
- Develop familiarity with BMW project management systems and tools
- Support onsite construction projects and recognize acceptable conditions
- Assist department improvement initiatives and enabler projects
- Validate and confirm data and quality accuracy for the construction project landscape
- Support project managers and specialists in daily tasks
- Steer collaborative partners
- Support management and the project team with meetings, including organization, meeting minutes, notes, compliance documents, and more
- Plan and implement projects and tasks related to management assignments based on project maturity and timing (e.g., Project Data Transparency)
Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
- Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week)
- Transfer students must have a GPA from their current university
- MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term
- Work term dates are May 18th - August 7th, 2026.
