Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Drive frontend technology process integration development for Infineon’s automotive Smart Power technology Take over responsibility for a large and complex new process integration module, develop new process sequences, and drive improvement topics in frontend technology by using methodical problem-solving techniques Take leadership to analyse and improve the technology based on inline and electrical data and product analysis Characterize technologies through experiments and evaluate data and electrical results Work hands-on, support, and cooperate closely with device engineering, product engineering, unit process experts, product design, as well as various other colleagues along the technology development process Prioritize multiple activities and make effective decisions following a demanding project schedule Be part of Infineon’s ATV technology development team and work in projects with international and external partners Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A degree (Master/Diploma or PhD) in Physics, Electronics, Chemistry, Material Science or any similar Microelectronic related field with focus on semiconductor technology Good knowledge of semiconductor technology and work experience in semiconductor research or industry Experienced in data analysis, electrical measurement and structure setups See yourself as an active problem solver, react flexibly to new requirements and are able to prioritize topics Entrepreneurial thinking, give customers a high priority and set high quality standards for yourself and your work results Excellent interpersonal and effective communication and presentation skills across all hierarchical levels Very good English and at least basic German language skills Contact: Felix Krackau #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
