Our team at the BMW Group supports HR departments worldwide in recruiting and candidate selection. You will gain valuable insights into international Talent Acquisition and contribute to our global Center of Governance from day one.
What awaits you?
- You will support project managers and help with daily tasks to ensure smooth operations in our global Talent Acquisition office, such as content creation and meeting planning.
- Furthermore, you will help to develop selection methods and concepts, including collecting data to evaluate diagnostic tool needs across BMW Group entities.
- In addition, you will support identifying, analyzing, selecting, developing, and implementing various selection tools in different countries and entities.
- Moreover, you will assist in preparing market research presentations and trend reports.
- You will support the independent completion of tasks and receive regular feedback from your mentor.
What should you bring along?
- Studies in human resources, psychology, business or a related field.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Interest or experience in collaboration platforms and new technologies such as Microsoft TEAMS or Confluence.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset and interest in data-driven topics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple assignments.
- Perfect fluency in English, business level German is an advantage.
