Job Purpose
Quality Engineer with the core role and responsibility to ensure quality products to our final customer through data collection and analysis that supports specifications to manufacturing, confirmation testing and quality problem solving.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Collect test/analysis data using a variety of equipment/methods. Test, evaluate, and implement new and innovative technologies to improve overall equipment and process efficiency.
· Write technical reports to document analysis and countermeasure activity. Review and analyze daily report(s) to identify safety, quality, delivery gaps and develop potential countermeasures and /or root cause analysis opportunities striving for continuous improvement.
· Execute analysis plan for quality concern. Utilize data analysis and PDCA to lead, support, develop and justify solutions with related groups/departments for your area of responsibility to solve complex problems.
· Support conclusion of results after analysis plan
· Propose countermeasure activity, including process and/or specification change
· Support the development of analysis plan for quality concern.
Minimum Educational
Qualifications- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Minimum Experience 0-6 Years of experience based on education (co-op/internship experience preferred but not required)

Working Conditions
50% office area; 40% laboratory area; 10% production areas
OT of approximately 4-8 hours per week
