What Will You Do?
Responsible for the execution/develop of manufacturing and Maintenance controls. Work will be performed in an assembly/plant activity where a considerable amount of creativity and initiative is exercised as well as a high level of independent judgment.
Responsibilities include:
• New projects implementation/execution (SOR prep, forecasting, controls/robotics design, equipment build/run-off and buyoff).
. Maintenance of existing controls and Systems working on GA
• Design, construction, integration, plant installation, successful launch and continuous improvement
• Maintaining awareness of new controls technologies (PLC, HMI, networks, robot, vision)of equipment and tools required in plants for the production of high-quality parts.
• Providing project report outs to senior management
•Controls Maintenance site support (troubleshooting, continuous improvement, etc.)
• Providing technical direction to less experienced controls engineers.
• Designing and troubleshooting of electrical controls systems
• Work may involve development and testing of advanced process technology
.SPOC to GM IT, Cibersecurity, DLA, Error Proofing.
Knowledge:
- Bachelor in Mechatronics Engineering, Automation, Electrical, Electronical, Automation, Electromechanical.
- Knowledge on IT systems, Industrial communications, Device Net, Ethernet, Plant floor systems, SEP, EPP, Controls Maintenance, PLC Allen Bradley, VFD, FANUC Robotics, COBOTS, AGV´S, HMI, SAFETY logic and Integration, knowledge of Studio 5000 software, RSLINKS, RS NETWORKS, TIA PORTAL.
- English at a Conversational Level.
- Skill on Engineering drawings interpretation, blueprints.
