The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing BMW’s Regional Digital Strategy in Tier 3, ensuring alignment with Tier 2. You will target both prospects and owners through established and emerging digital channels to increase share of voice and drive lead generation. You will also provide routine reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and steer Shift Digital’s Field Representatives in the region according to the region’s digital priorities. Collaboration with Shift Digital, Tier 3 website providers, and the area sales team is essential to ensure all Tier 3 websites comply with BMW Marketing Corporate Identity and AVP guidelines, following audits conducted by Shift Digital and Papirfly. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager oversees the integration of the Tier 3 strategy across all dealer partners in the Eastern Region, fostering an aligned and tireless approach across all marketing pillars.
WHAT AWAITS YOU.
- Responsible for driving digital marketing knowledge and engagement across the Region. Work with RMM, RSM and Field Sales Team to ensure that state-of-the-art digital experiences & content are implemented across Tier 3 platforms in web and social.
- Align digital marketing strategy with sales strategies on a regional level. Align with Tier 2 digital marketing initiatives and create alignment through tiers; understand and account for each tier’s priorities. Develop independently key initiatives and leverage best practices in an effort to increase overall digital marketing effectiveness in the region.
- Ensure clear KPIs, integrated timelines are being met, review the digital campaign results/effectiveness in a timely manner and find new testing opportunities to optimize and maximize ROI. Define clear targets to review on monthly basis to ensure achievement.
- Work with RMM to collaborate with regional agency partners across the media buying agency, website agencies, website providers and lead creative agencies to ensure alignment of digital strategies, buys and creative content are developed for T3.
- Review and distribute monthly regional digital strategy metrics to MACO’s and dealers outlining areas of opportunity, defining and gaining consensus on new requirements, and working with BMW Marketing to prioritize and implement requirements (where applicable).
- Manage T3 Shift Digital field representatives to ensure that strategy, digital content, and analytics tagging are implemented across T3 per RMMs expectations & priorities.
- Assist the web and social team with launches, scheduling, reporting, asset procurement, content updates, and project support on T3 and social media channels.
- Ensure that all communications are in line with Region and BMW NA’s overall business objectives and consistent with the brand’s positioning and corporate identity guidelines.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or communications required.
- 3-5 years Automotive, Brand Marketing, and/or Digital Marketing experience
- 1-2 years of Digital experience
- Ability to support and mentor area managers
- Strong communication skills in a B2B environment
- Experience in delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
- Experience working with or managing agency partners
- Understanding SEM/ SEO
- Ability to travel

Relocation is available for this position.
This is a hybrid role that requires regular attendance in the office.
The expected salary range for this position is $62,500.00 - $125,000.00.
The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
