As a Service Advisor you will ensure vehicles are efficiently scheduled and processed through the workshop with proper documentation in compliance with legal and warranty requirements. You will oversee repair orders to maintain accuracy and accountability throughout the service process, and you will deliver premium customer experience aligned with BMW Group’s service standards and business objectives. As well as maintain full-time, on-site presence at the BMW facility to support operational and customer service excellence.
WHAT AWAITS YOU.
- Coordinate and manage customer appointments to ensure an efficient and positive service experience.
- Assess vehicle needs through customer consultations and technician inspections, ensuring accurate and transparent repair estimates.
- Communicate effectively with Technicians, Parts Associates, and customers to ensure timely completion of repairs and updates.
- Maintain detailed records of repeat visits, repairs, and estimate follow-ups to support service accuracy and accountability.
- Apply expert product knowledge to assist customers with maintenance, service, and warranty.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2-5 years experience in the service or hospitality industry
- Valid in-state driver’s license and must maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle

This role requires full time attendance in the office, Monday - Thursday.
The expected salary range for this position is $46,500.00 - $76.700.
The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
