A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field At least +5 years of relevant expertise in global time management processes Technical knowledge and understanding of Time Management Solutions Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end HR processes Experience in process mapping and lean methodology Strong stakeholder management skills across global and local HR, IT, Legal, and external vendors Ability to lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives in a global environment with local topics Fluent in English and German Human Resources acts as strategic partner to the business and drives Infineon's organizational growth.
