The Role
As part of the team, you will focus on HR Operations related tasks, primarily engaging in New Hire /Onboarding experiences. This customer/employee-facing role requires specialized skills and subject matter expertise to support employees and stakeholders across the enterprise.
What You'll Do

Deliver engaging employee onboarding experiences through HR query resolution aligned with the team's culture and service aspirations.

Execute Global Data Management processes with precision and 100% accuracy.

Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-through.

Resolve queries using tools, desk procedures, and reference materials within the knowledge base.

Log and document all inquiries in the case management tool, strictly following established processes.

Monitor tasks proactively to avoid delays and ensure timely completion.

Adhere to all regulations, processes, procedures, and systems.

Prepare daily reports to prioritize and manage workload effectively.

Maintain and update process documentation and desktop procedures.

Uphold high-quality standards across all activities and initiatives.

Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for case management.

Maintain confidentiality of employee and departmental information.
