Responsible for creating, maintaining and optimizing digital product catalog for automotive parts across multiple online platforms. Ensures accuracy, consistency and compliance with brand guidelines to enhance product visibility, customer experience and online sales performance.
Experience/Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, or similar experience
-
Experience in ecommerce catalog management, digital product content or related functions
-
Experience in automotive industry
-
Desirable experience working with marketplaces

Position Tasks and Responsibilities
Catalog Management
-
Create, upload, and maintain product catalog in different marketplaces and official distributors stores

Ensure SKUs include accurate technical specifications, product attributes, vehicle compatibility, images and supporting documentation

Manage updates for new products and data corrections
Data standardization and quality control

Regulate data following ACES/PIES or equivalent automotive data standards

Audit catalog content to identify inconsistencies, missing attributes or incorrect information

Ensure adherence to marketplace requirements

Work with engineering and marketing to enhance visual content, including images and technical data
Distributor assessment

Support distributors in maintaining their official online stores

Provide guidance on catalog structure and publication standards
Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track key catalog KPIs such as listing accuracy, completeness and conversion impact

Create periodic reports on catalog performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Knowledge
-
Understanding of automotive parts

Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Mercado Libre, Amazon, or similar marketplaces

Knowledge of product data standards (ACES/PIES) or equivalent catalog structures
-
Competence in managing large SKU databases and product catalog
-
Ability to understand technical product specifications, compatibility data and manufacturer documentation

Proficiency in excel, Power BI

Basic knowledge of image editing tools

English fluent
